Allstar CheerleadingAllstar cheerleading is a competitive team sport that combines tumbling, stunting, jumps, and dance into high-energy routines. Unlike school cheerleading, which often focuses on supporting other sports teams, Allstar cheer is centered on performing choreographed routines at competitions. Athletes are grouped by age and skill level, ensuring appropriate challenges and growth opportunities. Allstar Cheer emphasizes athleticism, teamwork, and performance, fostering discipline and confidence in participants.

Tumble ClassesTumble classes focus on developing gymnastic skills essential to cheerleading, such as rolls, cartwheels, back handsprings, and back tucks. We have classes that cater to all skill levels, from beginners to advanced athletes, and emphasize proper technique and safety. Regular participation enhances strength, flexibility, and coordination, contributing to overall athletic development.

Flyer Flex ClasssesFlyer stretch classes are specialized sessions aimed at improving the flexibility, balance, and body control required for athletes who perform stunts in the air, known as “flyers.” These classes focus on stretching techniques that enhance body lines and positions, such as heel stretches and scorpions. They are beneficial for all athletes looking to improve their flexibility and body positions.
